FLAT PAINT AND FINISHING

Flat paint and finishing facility of Güldoğan San. Tic. A.Ş., with a daily capacity of 100 000 meters, has been founded in November 2005 with the purpose of dying woven fabrics with the world standards. Further Guldogan Dye house has the Oeko-Tex Standard Certificate. Supporting the demands of the customer with following the season trends by our R&D department and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction with offering innovations have always been a mission for us in the course of time since Güldoğan San. Tic. AŞ. has been founded. We have distributed dye and chemical solutions to required machines with high precision automated processes. We have minimized the risk of using wrong ratios during the processes via automation systems. Cotton, polyester, viscose and the blends of these fabrics are all produced in our dye house via reactive, disperse, indanthrene and sulfur dyeing.

Flame retardant, dirt repellent, oil repellent, water repellent, anti static and anti bacterial finishes can be applied to fabric upon request of the customer. The tests which could be done in our laboratory facility are washing, perspiration, rubbing, colorant water fastness, tearing strength, tensile strength, Martindale pilling, abrasion and color measurement by spectrometers.
